Decades later, we still feels the effects of the object lessons that turned us into pieces of chewed up gum, squished roses, half-eaten apples, spit water, and paper that had pieces of 'others' glued onto it. These messages were devastatingly inappropriate. 1 in 4 girls will be sexually assaulted before turning 18 so for many of us we didn't get to even 'choose' to become 'used up.'
